M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws (Qty: 5), M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws (Qty: 4), 12AWG Male Ground Whip (Qty: 1), Male Door Hinges (Qty: 2), Front Door Catches (Qty: 2), M6 Star Washer (Qty: 1)
- Install Male Door Hinges
Attach the two Male Door Hinges to the side of the cabinet where the door will open, using two M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws for each hinge.
- Install Door Catches
Install the two Door Catches on the opposite side of the cabinet using two M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws for each catch.
- Connect Grounding Whip
Attach the provided Male Ground Whip to the front of the cabinet. After installing the front door, connect the Male Whip from the cabinet to the Female Whip on the front door to ensure proper grounding.
- Mount the Front Door
Position the front door approximately 90° to the cabinet frame and align the female hinges on the door with the male hinges on the cabinet frame before securing them.
