How to Install the 1800mm Drop Away Panel Ceiling System

7mm Socket Wrench, 8mm Socket Wrench, Scissors, Hack saw
Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws, End of Row Cross Beams, Panels, Progression Plates
- Install the End of Row Beam
Attach the End of Row Beam to one end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Install Progression Plates
Position the Progression Plates on the shelf, aligning them against the End of Row Beam. Tighten the screws to secure them in place.
- Install Aisle Beam and Cross Beams
Connect the Aisle Beam with two Cross Beams, ensuring they butt up against the Progression Plates. Tighten the screws to secure the assembly.
- Install Remaining Components
Continue installing the remaining Progression Plates, Aisle Beams, and Cross Beams, ensuring they are tightly butted against each other.
- Install the Panels
Push down the Panels from the top of the Pod, ensuring they snap into place below the Aisle Beam flanges. Center the Panels in the grid openings.
- Install the Adjustable End of Row Beam
Attach the Adjustable End of Row Beam to the opposite end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Complete Last Panel Installation
For the last opening, install the Slider Plate Assembly with End of Row Cross Beams, using either full or cut Panels based on the opening size.
