This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the CT-902RFS Remote Foot Switch to the CT-902HP Hydraulic Pump.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors
- Unplug the hydraulic pump
Disconnect the power cord of the CT-902HP Hydraulic Pump from the electrical receptacle to ensure safety during installation.
- Remove the upper cover
Take off the upper cover of the CT-902HP Hydraulic Pump by removing the four socket head cap screws and washers. Set the cover and fasteners aside.
- Disconnect the current controller
Unplug the controller cable wires from the hydraulic pump. Make a note of the color-coded connections for future reference.
- Connect the foot switch
Follow the wiring diagram to connect the CT-902RFS Remote Foot Switch to the hydraulic pump: Connect the Red and Black wires from the foot switch together, then connect the Red and Black on the foot switch to the Black on the pump, the Green on the foot switch to the Yellow on the pump, and the White on the foot switch to the Blue on the pump.
- Replace the upper cover
After all connections are made, securely replace the upper cover of the hydraulic pump using the previously removed screws and washers.
- Reconnect power
Plug the CT-902HP Hydraulic Pump power cord back into the electrical receptacle to complete the installation.
