The PN14-6F-C Pan-Term Terminal is a nylon insulated, fork terminal. The metal insulation grip sleeve crimps to wire insulation, providing protection and strain relief to the crimp joint for high vibration applications. Internal barrel serrations assure good wire contact and maximum tensile strength.

- Inspect the tool

- Mount the tool
Secure the CT-300-1 crimping tool in a stable location using mounting screws. Ensure it is level and easily accessible.
- Connect the wiring
Verify that the power is OFF before connecting any wiring. Insert the stripped wire into the appropriate disconnect and crimp it using the tool.
- Calibrate the tool
Perform a die closure inspection using GO/NO GO gauge members to ensure the tool is dimensionally correct. If either condition fails, contact customer service.
- Maintain the tool
Clean the crimping dies and lubricate all pins and pivots with DOW CORNING Molykote BR2 Plus. Store the tool in a clean, dry area when not in use.
