12mm Top Mounting Screws, 15mm Bottom Mounting Screws, 20mm Bottom Mounting Screws, Cam Screw, Mounting Brackets
- Prepare the cabinet door
Ensure the cabinet door has a cut-out of 150x25mm for the lock body. Clean the area around the cut-out to ensure a proper fit.
- Mount the lock body
Position the lock body within the cut-out and flush to the outer face of the cabinet door. Secure it using the 12mm Top Mounting Screws and Top Mounting Bracket, torquing to 0.4-0.5 Nm [3.5 - 4.4 in/lbs].
- Install the Bottom Mounting Bracket
Ensure the orientation of the lock plug corresponds to the Bottom Mounting Bracket. Install the Bracket using the included 15mm and 20mm Bottom Mounting Screws, torquing to 0.4 – 0.5 Nm [3.5 – 4.4 in/lbs].
- Attach the Rotation Limiter
Select a suitable Rotation Limiter (standard or extended) and mount it using the included Cam Screw. Ensure correct orientation based on installation requirements, torquing to 4-5 Nm [35.4 - 44.2 in/lbs].
