How to Install the CNLTD142A3 Duct System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the CNLTD142A3 duct system in a Net-Access cabinet.

Tools needed:
Phillips Head Screwdriver, Socket Wrench, 3/8” Socket, 5/16” Socket
Supplies needed:
#12-24 screws, #12 star washers, #10-32 nuts, 1” thick foam seal (for N-Type cabinets)
- Prepare the cabinet
Remove the side panel bumper by unscrewing (4) #12-24 screws and (4) #12 washers. Remove (1) #12-24 bolt from the vertical blanking panel and save it for reinstallation.
- Install the left-hand brackets
Measure the distance between the front and rear equipment rails. Attach (1) adjustable bracket to each side bracket, adjust to fit, and tighten the adjustment nuts. Install (1) upper and (1) lower left-hand bracket using (4) #12-24 screws and (4) #12 star washers each, leaving screws loose until the inlet box is installed.
- Install the side duct
Slide the side duct into the cabinet by inserting the threaded studs into the slots of the upper and lower right-hand brackets. Secure the side duct with (4) #10-32 nuts.
- Install the inlet duct boxes
Install the upper inlet duct box by sliding it into the upper brackets and securing it with (2) #10-32 nuts. Repeat for the lower inlet duct box. Tighten all previously loose bracket screws.
- Secure the vertical blanking panel
Replace the (1) #12-24 bolt that was removed earlier to secure the vertical blanking panel.
