The Panduit CLRCVR2-1 Insulating Cover (SKU: CLRCVR2-1) is a two-piece, snap-together cover designed for HTAP crimped connections. Constructed from high-impact polycarbonate (clear) and polypropylene (black), this cover provides durable electrical insulation while enabling 360° visual inspection of crimped terminations. The low-profile design supports installation in space-constrained environments, with dimensions of 5.10 inches (L) x 1.66 inches (W) x 1.40 inches (H). Dual spring-loaded latches secure the assembly, and two UL 94V-0 rated cable ties are included to supplement retention. Integrated label retainer strips inside each cover half enable bidirectional viewing while protecting labels, and molded flash barriers provide additional electrical isolation. The cover features a UL 94V-0 flammability rating with a limiting oxygen index of 28 minimum, ensuring self-extinguishing properties. Flexible end fingers prevent foreign object entry and maintain conductor insulation integrity during installation. Part number, voltage (600V max), and temperature (90°C max) ratings are permanently molded into the cover for traceability.
