Crimp Die Insert, Screws
- Remove the Crimp Head

- Install the Upper Half of the Crimp Die Insert
Insert the upper half of the crimp die insert into the tool, making sure the part numbers are facing forward and that it is fully seated between the plates.
- Secure the Crimp Die Insert
Bring the lower jaw up to mate with the upper jaw and insert the two screws into the jaws, tightening them securely.
- Reattach the Crimp Head
Reinsert the crimp head with the newly installed crimp die inserts into the tool, ensuring it is locked securely with the locating pins.
- Perform Monthly Maintenance
Thoroughly clean all surfaces of the tool and oil the locating pins to ensure proper operation.
