Supplies needed:
M5 screws, M5 nuts, Foam seal, Diagonal braces, Brace bar, Adjustment screws
- Attach Diagonal Braces to Wall Panel
Attach the two wall panel braces to the back of the wall panel using two M5 screws for each brace.
- Apply Foam Seal to Wall Panel
Cut one strip of foam seal to match the width of the top of the wall panel and apply it to the top flange.
- Attach Brace Bar to Cabinet (600mm and 700mm Cabinets)
Secure the brace bar to the top of the cabinet using two M5 screws. Ensure the brace bar is centered on the top of the cabinet. For 1070mm deep cabinets, the flange should face the rear; for 1200mm deep cabinets, it should face the front.
- Attach Wall Panel to Cabinet (600mm and 700mm Cabinets)
Remove two existing M5 screws from the top cap of the cabinet. Position the wall panel facing the rear of the cabinet (Hot Aisle) and secure it to the top of the cabinet using the removed M5 screws. Level the wall panel and secure the two diagonal braces to the wall panel support using two M5 nuts.
- Attach Wall Panel to Cabinet (800mm Cabinets)
Remove two existing M5 screws from the top cap of the cabinet. Secure the wall panel to the top of the cabinet using the removed screws and an additional two M5 screws to fasten the wall panel braces to the cabinet. Use the appropriate holes in the diagonal brace based on cabinet depth (1070mm or 1200mm).
- Set Wall Panel Height
Raise the wall panel to the desired height. Loosely install the two adjustment screws on the front of the wall panel. Level the panel relative to the lower wall and then tighten the adjustment screws to secure it.
- Align Cabinets
Place the next cabinet in the row 1-2 inches from the previous one. Level the cabinet front and back, ensuring its top and bottom align with the previous cabinet and vertical wall. Move the cabinet until it is flush with the first cabinet and vertical wall. Repeat for all cabinets in the row, ensuring tops are aligned and there are no gaps between wall panels.
- Size and Attach Upper Seal
With the wall panel raised, attach the upper seal to the wall panel using four M5 nuts. Mark the seal 1/8 inch above the cut-out, then cut along the mark. Attach the top seal between the two wall panels using four M5 nuts.
- Attach Foam to Lower Seal
Apply a strip of foam seal to the width of the bottom seal on the side that will face inwards.
- Attach Lower Seal
Using four M5 nuts, attach the bottom seal with the foam strip between the two wall panels.
- Ganging Cabinets
Attach a ganging bracket to the top and bottom of the rear of the cabinet using two M5 screws for each bracket. Repeat for the front of the cabinet. After all cabinets are ganged, attach floor seal kits (C2FAB**A1200B1) to each cabinet.
