Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Foam seals, Blanking panels, Floor seal
- Install the Wall Panel
Reference CM596 for the initial wall panel installation. Ensure the wall panel is securely attached and aligned properly.
- Attach Foam Seal to Wall Panel
Trim the foam seal to the required lengths and attach it to one side of the wall panel, avoiding the side that will face the cold aisle.
- Install Top Brackets
Insert the first top bracket into the wall panel adjacent to the row base cooler unit. Align the holes and secure it with two M5 x 12mm button head screws, leaving them loose.
- Slide Wall Panel into Place
Slide the wall panel onto the first top bracket and ensure it is aligned with adjacent wall panels.
- Secure Wall Panel to Top Brackets
Secure the wall panel to the top brackets using four M5 x 12mm button head screws and tighten all screws that were previously left loose.
- Check Distance to Row Base Cooler
Measure the distance from the bottom of the wall panel to the top of the row base cooler unit. If the distance is less than 89mm (3.5 inches), only the blanking panel is needed.

- Install Floor Seal
Measure the distance from the bottom of the row base cooler unit to the floor and apply the appropriate foam seal to the floor seal bracket for a tight fit.
- Insert Floor Seal Assembly
Slide the floor seal assembly between the floor and the row base cooler unit, ensuring it forms a tight seal to prevent air loss.
