Mounting screws, Foam seals, Blanking panels, Top brackets
- Install the Wall Panel
Refer to CM596 for the initial installation of the wall panel. Ensure it is securely mounted and aligned.
- Attach Foam Seal to Wall Panel
Trim the foam seal to the required lengths and attach it to one side of the wall panel, avoiding the side that will face the cold aisle.
- Install the Top Brackets
Insert the first top bracket into the wall panel adjacent to the row base cooler unit. Align the holes and secure it with two M5 x 12mm button head screws, leaving them loose.
- Slide Wall Panel into Place
Slide the wall panel onto the top bracket, ensuring the front is aligned with adjacent wall panels.
- Secure the Wall Panel
Secure the wall panel to the top brackets using four M5 x 12mm button head screws and tighten all previously loose screws.
- Check Distance to Row Base Cooler
Measure the distance from the bottom of the wall panel to the top of the row base cooler unit. If less than 89mm (3.5 inches), proceed with the blanking panel; if more, use the blanking panel extension.
- Attach Blanking Panel
If the blanking panel extension is not needed, slide the blanking panel into place behind the wall panel and secure it with two M5 x 12mm button head screws.
- Adjust Height of Blanking Panels
Loosely adjust the height of the blanking panels to ensure a tight seal with the row base cooler unit, then tighten the screws.
- Install Floor Seal
Measure the distance from the bottom of the row base cooler unit to the floor and apply foam seal as needed to ensure a tight fit.
- Insert Floor Seal Assembly
Slide the floor seal assembly between the floor and the row base cooler unit, ensuring it forms a complete seal to prevent air loss.
