The front and rear structural posts of the rack are capable of mounting all Panduit Vertical Cable Managers and various accessories such as power distribution unit brackets, waterfalls and vertical tie-off panels. The rack has #12-24 threaded rails and is 52 RU in height. The rack is black in color.

Ratchet with M13 socket, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M8-16mm carriage bolts, M8 flange nuts, AntiOx paste, Concrete or raised floor mounting kit (if needed)
- Adjust the rack depth
Adjust the rack depth by moving each PEM stud location to the desired depth mark (23”, 30”, 36”, or 42”). Ensure both front and rear brackets are adjusted equally.
- Mount the rack
Secure the rack to the floor using appropriate mounting kits (RFAKIT for concrete or RFA3KIT for raised floors). Use J-Bolt mounting holes for securing the rack.
- Square the rack
Square the rack vertically and horizontally by measuring the distances between specified points (A to D, B to C for vertical; E to H, F to G for horizontal). The difference should not exceed 1/8".
- Tighten all connections
Completely tighten all nuts to at least 14 ft-lbs (19.0 N-m) to ensure stability.
- Apply grounding
Use the masked area on the grounding strip to ground the rack. Apply AntiOx paste to the grounding connections for improved conductivity.
