For 3/16 in screws, the width across flats is .244 to .250 in.

For 3/16 in screws, the full head height is .140 to .145 in.

For 1/4 in screws, the width across flats is .307 to .312 in.

For 1/4 in screws, the full head height is .247 to .254 in.
