Overview

The NSi Industries NCH-250-0 is a heavy-duty black cable clamp designed for secure cable management. Made from Nylon 66 with a 94V-2 flame rating, this clamp features a wide arc to hold cables and tubes while fully radiused interior edges prevent cable insulation damage. Non-conductive, non-corrosive, and resistant to fuels, lubricants, and most chemicals, it suits industrial applications. Includes a 0.180" mounting hole for easy installation. The cable cleat is certified to IEC 61914:2015, tested up to 136kA peak fault current and retains cables in the event of a short circuit fault. Compatible with cable diameter of 50-60mm and installs direct to the cable tray rung via fixing holes and user-supplied M10 bolt. Features glass filled nylon material and rounded edges for cable insulation protection.
