Overview

The NSI Industries Mighty-Bond MCC-075 Enclosure Grounding and Raceway Bonding Coupling provides a secure, low-impedance bonding solution for grounding conductors in enclosures. Designed for 3/4" trade size knockouts, this patented coupling bonds one continuous length of grounding conductor to an enclosure with a brass body and stainless steel 3/16" Allen hex screw. The coupling features a single helical thread on the ground cone for cross-thread-free installation, accommodating variations in raceway diameter and convolution pitch. A rolled-over edge protects conductors during installation, while the superior sealing ring design grips and seals both leading and trailing edges without abrading the raceway jacket. Anti-sleeving grooves and extra sealing shoulders ensure foolproof assembly. The MCC-075 is reusable and provides watertight/oil-tight terminations at box or enclosure connections. Constructed with high-conductivity copper lugs for optimal conductivity. Dimensions: A=0.56", B=1.25", C=0.56", D=0.48". Trade size: 3/4". Standard package quantity: 100 units.
