Overview

The NSI Industries GP-350 is a robust Parallel "T" Tap Connector designed for efficient conductor connections. This connector excels at tapping off a main conductor without the need for cutting, thanks to its innovative lay-in feature. The perpendicular tap design allows for flexible parallel or "T" tap configurations, accommodating a main (run) wire range of 350 MCM down to 4/0 AWG, and a tap wire range from 350 MCM down to 6 AWG. Constructed for durability and low contact resistance, the GP-350 is electro-tin plated. It is rated for 600V and operates reliably at temperatures up to 90°C. The connector requires a 3/16 inch hex wrench size and has a maximum torque value of 2750 in./lbs. Its dimensions are 2.28 inches in length (L), 1.06 inches in width (W), and 1.31 inches in height (H). The GP-350 is UL Listed/cULus Listed (E155274) and UL486A/B Listed (AL9CU), as well as CSA certified (701642), ensuring compliance with industry standards for wire connectors. It is suitable for copper-to-copper, copper-to-aluminum, and aluminum-to-aluminum applications, supporting both solid and stranded wires. For added safety and ease of installation, an optional insulated cover (GC-350) is available. The GP-350 is a dependable solution for electrical infrastructure requiring secure and efficient tap connections.
