The NSi Industries 3500-US is a 1/2" steel rigid conduit set screw connector, manufactured in the USA. This connector is designed for threadless rigid metal conduit and intermediate metal conduit, providing a secure connection to boxes, enclosures, or for coupling conduit ends. Constructed from thickwall steel, it features a hardened hex head cup point screw for high-quality bonding and positive holding strength. The captive screw design prevents loosening due to vibration. It includes a nylon insulated throat that meets and exceeds code requirements for bushings, reducing wire pulling effort by up to 50% and preventing damage to wire insulation and conduit threads. This connector is suitable for concrete-tight applications and is capable of carrying ground fault currents up to 10,000 amps RMS for sizes up to 1-1/4". Certified by UL (File No: E-23018) and CSA (LR-2884, LR-4484), it conforms to UL 514B, CSA C22.2 No. 18, NFPA 70-1999 (ANSI), NEMA FB1, Federal Specification W-F-408, and Federal Standard H-28 (Threads). The standard finish is electro zinc plated and chromate coated.
