Overview

The NSI Industries Mighty-Seal Push-EMT 250-MSRTI connector is a zinc die-cast, 1/2" push-in EMT connector designed for rapid, tool-free installation—saving up to 75% of installation time compared to traditional threaded fittings. Engineered with a 105°C insulated throat, it meets and exceeds code requirements for bushing applications, preventing insulation thinning and first-thread damage while ensuring a concrete-tight, rain-tight seal. The push-in design eliminates threading, reducing labor and tooling costs. The connector features a removable design for easy reconfiguration and maintenance, making it ideal for entering enclosures or conduit bodies at right angles without compromising performance. Compatible with threadless rigid metal conduit and intermediate metal conduit, the 250-MSRTI is UL-listed (File No. E-23018) and CSA-certified (File No. 2884), ensuring compliance with industry standards. Its hardened hex head cup point screw provides a high-quality bond and resists vibration loosening, while the positive center stop ensures consistent alignment. With a steel body and nylon insulated throat, this connector is suitable for concrete-tight applications and can carry ground fault currents up to 10,000 amps RMS (1/2" to 1" sizes).
  • Tool-free push-in installation saves up to 75% installation time
  • 105°C insulated throat prevents insulation thinning and first-thread damage
  • Rain-tight and concrete-tight seal for reliable performance
  • UL-listed (E-23018) and CSA-certified (2884) for compliance
