Overview
Enhance your control system with the ABB OREL-01-KIT Relay Output Extension Module, designed to expand the capabilities of ABB Low Voltage Drives. This module provides three (3) programmable Form C relay outputs, numbered RO 4, 5, and 6, each capable of handling a maximum current of 2 A. The switching capacity is rated at 6 A for 24 VDC resistive loads and 1500 VA for 250 VAC loads. Crucially, each relay is galvanically isolated from the others, offering a robust 2.5 kVAC isolation for 1 minute, ensuring signal integrity and protection against electrical interference. The OREL-01-KIT operates with a supply voltage of 20 to 33 VDC and consumes approximately 150 mA at 24 VDC. Power dissipation ranges from 2.4 to 8.4 W at 24 V. This module is compatible with systems requiring additional binary output channels, offering flexibility for various industrial automation tasks. The individual relays are programmable, allowing for custom configuration to suit specific application needs. Each relay contact can handle a switching voltage up to 250 VAC and has an electrical durability of 2 million operating cycles at a switching frequency of 600 cycles/h. The module dimensions are 40.64 mm width, 311.15 mm height, and 160 mm depth. The OREL-01-KIT is an essential component for expanding control logic and interfacing with external equipment in industrial environments. Proudly distributed by Gross Automation.

RTAC-01-KIT
The Pulse Encoder Interface module offers a differential or single ended interface for a digital pulse encoder. The module is capable of operating from either a 15 or 24VDC signal with a max frequency of 200kHz. This option uses 55 mA of the available 250 mA power supply. When the drive’s internal power supply is used to power the encoder, additional options may not be installed. Check the encoder’s power supply requirements prior to installation.
