ABB VC9941P Medium Gray PVC Cement is a low-VOC solvent cement designed for professional PVC pipe joining applications. This 1-gallon container provides durable, leak-proof bonds for PVC pipes and fittings in industrial and commercial plumbing systems. The medium gray color ensures seamless integration with standard PVC piping, making it ideal for both visible and concealed installations. Engineered to meet ASTM D-2564 standards, the VC9941P offers quick curing times and long-lasting performance. Recommended for all grades and types of Carlon wireway and fittings (except Flex-Plus Blue ENT), this cement is suitable for pipe sizes up to 6" diameter. Installation temperatures range from 40° to 100° F, with set-up times varying by temperature: 2 hours at 73° F (350 psi lap shear), 16 hours at 16° F (800 psi), and 72 hours at 32° F (1,500 psi). The cement’s viscosity at 75° F is 500–900 cps, ensuring reliable application and strong adhesion.
