ABB VC9924-24 is a low-VOC gray PVC solvent cement designed for reliable bonding of Schedule 40 PVC conduits up to 4" diameter and Schedule 80 conduits up to 2" diameter. This half-pint container includes a built-in dauber applicator for precise application, eliminating the need for separate brushes or tools. The cement meets ASTM D-2564 standards and provides a strong lap shear strength of 350 psi at 73°F after 2 hours, increasing to 1,500 psi after 72 hours. It is optimized for installation temperatures between 40°F and 100°F, with set-up times ranging from 1-2 minutes at 70-90°F to 4-5 minutes at 10-30°F. The 500-900 cps viscosity ensures smooth application without dripping. Suitable for Carlon wireway and fittings (excluding Flex-Plus Blue ENT), this product is ideal for electrical conduit systems requiring compliant, durable joints. Standard carton contains 24 units with a total weight of 15 lbs.
