The K1601WFT is a fully shielded, fully submersible insulated connector designed for energized operation. It serves as a junction point in electrical circuits.

The K1601WFT is suitable for use with 15kV or 25kV class loadbreak and/or deadbreak bushing inserts.

The K1601WFT is designed to mate with 1601A4 Loadbreak Bushing insert, 2701A4 Loadbreak Bushing insert, and K1501A1 Deadbreak feed-thru insert.

For the 15kV class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 8.3kV, and the maximum phase-to-phase is 14.4kV.

The continuous and loadbreak current rating for the 15kV voltage class is 200 Amp.

For the 15kV voltage class, the impulse withstand (BIL) is 95kV.

For the 25kV class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 15.2kV, and the maximum phase-to-phase is 26.3kV.

The continuous and loadbreak current rating for the 25kV voltage class is 200 Amp.

For the 25kV voltage class, the impulse withstand (BIL) is 125kV.
