Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Communication cables
- Determine Installation Location
Identify the location for the Poke-Through installation, ensuring it is at least 4-1/4 inches from any wall or pillar to allow for proper installation.
- Drill the Installation Hole
Core drill a 4-inch diameter hole in the floor using the provided template. Ensure the hole is clean and free of debris.
- Insert the Base Unit
Carefully insert the base unit into the drilled hole, ensuring it is oriented correctly. Push down until the screws in the temporary cover contact the concrete floor.
- Install the Cover
Remove the temporary cover and install the FPT4 series cover according to the instructions provided with the cover.
- Make Electrical Connections
Remove the cover from the junction box and connect the wiring according to the wiring diagram. Ensure the ground screw is connected to the system ground.
- Connect Communication Cables
