A standard screwdriver is required to tighten the set screw and secure the insulating cap.

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance, but the insulating cap is not rated for direct outdoor exposure without additional protection.

The 2SHD is designed for copper wires. Use of aluminum wires may require compatible connectors and torque specifications.
