It is specifically designed for AWG 300 MCM cable sizes, with an expanded wire range of 300 MCM - 2/0 AWG when used with the NSI N12ID dieless compression tool. The connector measures 4-1/8 inches in length and has an outer diameter of 27/32 inches (0.815 inches) and an inner diameter of 0.657 inches. It is UL486A Listed and rated for 90°C and up to 600V. For higher voltage applications up to 35KV, proper installation according to cable manufacturer stress relief instructions is required, with a maximum of 5KV for bare splices. Serrations are included to indicate proper crimp locations, and the connector is marked with die code 66 or 66H.
