The product is rated for 15/25kV voltage classes. For 15kV, max phase-to-ground is 8.3kV; for 25kV, it's 15.2kV.

For Unishield cables, use the 10TL-W shield adapter, where "W" is determined by the cable's insulation diameter, or add suffix "-TL" to the part number.

For copper tape shield cables, use the 200ECS sealing and grounding kit or add suffix "-S" to the part number for cables with nominal O.D. between 0.80 in and 1.50 in.

For jacketed concentric neutral cables, use the 200ECS sealing kit or add suffix "-S" to the part number for cables with nominal O.D. between 0.80 in and 1.50 in.

A sealing and grounding kit is highly recommended for safety purposes with the deadbreak elbow.

The 160CA adapter is for small cables with insulation OD between 0.495 in and 0.685 in, used with 165/166LR elbow size housings.

For cables with an OD less than 0.565 in, you must order cable adapter 160CA-XX.

Bi-metal compression lugs are suitable for both copper and aluminum conductors. Copper lugs are only for copper conductors.

The kit contains the elbow connector housing, a bi-metal compression lug, probe, probe wrench, bail assembly, lubricant, installation instructions, crimp chart, and V.D Cap-Peroxide.
