Supplies needed:
Mounting screws (M5), Conductor wires (2.5–25 mm²)
- Prepare the contactor
Ensure the ABB AF09–AF96 contactor is powered off and isolated. Remove any existing terminal blocks if present.
- Position the LDC4RT
Align the LDC4RT with the coil terminal area on the bottom of the contactor. Ensure the terminal block is oriented correctly for bottom access.
- Secure the terminal block
Fastener the LDC4RT to the contactor using M5 mounting screws. Tighten securely to prevent vibration or misalignment.
- Connect the coil wiring
Insert conductors into the screw terminals. Strip wires to 14 mm and tighten terminals to 2.5 Nm torque. Verify no loose strands remain.
