Overview

The ABB BEY38-4 is an insulated solid copper bar designed for reliable power connections within electrical panels. Manufactured by ABB Electrification, this busbar features a solid conductor made of electrolytic copper (Cu/ETP). It is encased in high-temperature co-extruded vinyl insulation, 1.5-2 mm thick, providing a continuous temperature withstand of 105 °C and operating within a range of -40 °C to +105 °C. This busbar supports a maximum voltage rating of 1000 VAC and 1500 VDC. Its self-extinguishing properties, meeting NFC 32200 and UL 94 V0 standards, along with scratch and tear resistance, enhance operational safety. The flexible design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for terminal lugs and crimping, which reduces potential heating points and improves short-circuit performance. The ABB BEY38-4 conforms to UL 67, UL 891, and CSA-C22.2 No. 29 & 244 standards. SKU: BEY38-4. Country of Origin: DE.
