Littelfuse · M2500 Series
M2500.0010
M2500 Engine Cont 12-24VDC IP54 at front. The M2500 has been designed to meet the strictest requirements for marine, the M2500 is also the premiere choice for engines in land applications. Few engine controllers provide as intuitive a user interface as the M2500. The M2500 provides all necessary inputs and outputs on-board, which means that no auxiliary I/O modules are required. Given the fact the M2500 supports both discrete sensors (potential free contacts or 4-20 mA sensors) and SAE CAN J1939, the M2500 works just as well with new as well as older engines. RS485 MODBUS RTU is provided for communication with SCADA or HMI systems. The unit allows manual (local) and remote (automatic) start of the engine and will monitor all relevant engine parameters – either through discrete sensors or through SAE CAN J1939. 9 digital and 8 analogue inputs (with cable monitoring) are provided on-board for detection of alarms and/or shut down conditions. A total of 90 alarms can be configured. Each alarm can be configured for either monitoring or engine shut down. 12 programmable output relays are available. The relay outputs can be configured for common warning, alarm or shut down. Additionally there are pre-defined outputs for common alarms, shut downs and status indication. Everything is provided on-board in a single flush mounted panel. There is no need for auxiliary I/O boards etc.

Littelfuse · M3000 Series
M3000.0080
Analog Alarm Annunciator. The M3000 is a compact 24 channel Analogue Alarm Annunciator. The M3000 is ideal for surveillance of temperature sensors, pressure sensors and any other kind of sensors providing a signal within the range of 0-20 mA, 0-10 VDC or 0-30 VDC. A linearly pre-scaling is done in order to convert the measured input voltage or current into the entity measured by the sensor (e.g. temperature or pressure). Once this conversion has taken place, all further references are made to the measured entity.

Littelfuse · M4500 Series
M4500.0010
Indicator Panel. 6 channels. 24V DC/AC. The M4500, M4600 and M4700 provide flush mounted LED based indication with 6, 8 or 20 channels. Each channel can be used to indicate the state of one potential free contact. The indicator units are available with either negative or positive reference. An insert paper label provides the opportunity to print a description or instruction right next to the related channel LED. The indicator units are available for both DC of AC supply. Input signals can be +24 VDC, +48 VDC or +110 VDC. A TEST push button located on the front will, while activated, ignite all LEDs to confirm proper operation. An auxiliary push button is provided for application dependant use. The auxiliary push button is directly connected to the plug-in terminals on the rear side of the unit.

Littelfuse · M1000 Series
M1000.0220
Alarm Annunciator12-24V DCIntSirenIP 54. The M1000 is an Alarm Monitor capable of surveying the state of up to 10 potential free contacts. The inputs of the M1000 can be used to monitor both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts. Each contact can be sourced to a positive or negative reference. The M1000 includes a total of 10 inputs. Each input controls two bright red LEDs and an open collector output. A built-in relay provides audible alarm through control of an external siren. The first incoming alarm is indicated with a quick flashing light, following alarms are indicated with slow flashing light. LEDs will keep flashing until the alarms are acknowledged, even though the input signal has been deactivated. Pressing the RESET pushbutton will acknowledge all new alarms whereby all flashing LEDs will change to steady light, provided that the related inputs are still active. Pressing the RESET push button will also silence the siren. The reset sequence is programmable.

The AF0025 series arc-flash relay is a cost-effective and OEM-focused solution that provides innovative arc-flash protection in a compact package. The relay is able to significantly reduce arc-fault damage in ac and dc compartments by detecting the light from an arc flash using one or two optical sensors, and rapidly providing a trip signal. The compact design means it can be surface or DIN-rail mounted into the smallest spaces possible, making it an ideal OEM solution for tight cabinets such as combiner boxes and inverters. The AF0025 is conformal coated to provide protection from environmental concerns. The use of one or two sensors makes it flexible for small or medium-size panels, with onboard or remote reset capability. There are no settings required, making it quick and easy to install without the need for a computer. The unit also includes a solid-state redundant trip circuit, providing an internal fail-safe mechanism and a very fast arc-flash response even during power up. One isolated changeover (Form C) output contact is provided to issue the trip signal to the interrupting device, which can be set to fail-safe or non-fail-safe operating modes. A second Form C contact is provided to signal an error condition such as a loss of communication to a sensor

The 201-xxx-SP is an 8-pin octal-base, plug-in voltage monitor designed to protect single-phase motors regardless of size. The 201-100-SP is used on 95-120VAC, 50/60Hz motors to prevent damage caused by low voltage. The 201-200-SP is used on 190-240VAC, 50/60Hz motors. The 201-200-SP-T-9 is a pin-for-pin replacement for a Time Mark; #260 Series voltage monitor. High voltage protection is included in the 201-200-SP-T-9. The unique microcontroller-based voltage and voltage-sensing circuit constantly monitors the voltage to detect harmful power line conditions. When a harmful condition is detected, the relay’s output relay is deactivated after a specified trip delay. The output relay reactivates after power line conditions return to an acceptable level and a specified amount of time has elapsed (restart delay). The trip delay prevents nuisance tripping due to rapidly fluctuating power line conditions.
