T2200.0010
Overcurrent Relay400/450V5ALatching out. The T2200 has a broad application where all 3 phases or any single phase current detection will function for protection, control or monitoring. The relay detects the highest of the 3 input currents and, on exceeding the preset value, an output relay will be activated after a preset time delay. Available in many versions, varying in supply voltage, measuring currents, and functions.

Excitation Loss Relay. 400/450V L-L 5A. The T2100 Excitation Loss Relay protects against partial or complete excitation loss (field loss) on the synchronous generator. If the generator under parallel operation has a low excitation, a high inductive current is running into the generator. This current is detected and the breaker of the faulty generator is tripped, thus avoiding overload on the other generators with a possible black-out of the system. The T2100 measures the current through an external 5A CT attached on phase L1. The phase angle (phi) is determined from the voltage measurement across L1 and L2. The T2100 calculates the reactive current as I x sin phi. If the reactive current becomes negative and exceeds the preset level (0.5 – 1.4 x I), the pick-up LED will ignite and the trip delay timer (3 – 30 seconds) will activate. The built-in trip relay will energize after the delay has passed, provided that the preset trip level was continuously exceeded during the time of the delay.

T2500.0010
Overcurent&Short Circuit Relay400/450V5A. The T2500 is a high quality Over-Current and Short-Circuit relay intended for protection against thermal damage and faults caused by excessive currents. The T2500 can be used to protect generators, power transmission lines and various types of consumer supplies. The T2500 monitors two levels of current and trips the circuit breaker when one of these two levels has been exceeded continuously for a time period (defined by an adjustable delay). The T2500 will support the connection of up to three phases, but will react on the largest of these three measurements. The current measurements are done through external current transformers (CTs) – typically with a secondary current of 5A. The Over-Current function can be adjusted to trip within the range of 0.5 to 1.4 x I (input current). The delay of the Over-Current function can be set between 3 to 30 seconds. The Short-Circuit function operates within the range of 1.0 to 4.0 x I. The Short-Circuit delay can be set between 0.1 and 1 second. The T2500 will react on the highest of the three input currents. The Pick-up LED will ignite as soon as the level is exceeded, while the relay is activated only after the delay has passed.

Reverse Power Relay. 120/127V L-L 5A. Protects the generator from being run as a motor. The Reverse Power Relay T2000 will protect the generator from being run as an electric motor. The T2000 will protect the prime mover of the generator against physical damage, but will also protect the parallel running generators from overload caused by the inversed load shift in a reverse power situation. T2000 reverse power relay function: The T2000 measures the current through an external 5A CT attached on phase L1. The phase angle (phi) is determined from the voltage measurement across L1 and L2. The T2000 calculates the active current as I x cos phi. If the active current becomes negative and exceeds the preset level (2 – 20 percent), the pick-up LED will activate and the trip delay timer (2 – 20 seconds) will also activate. The built-in trip relay will energize after the delay has passed, provided that the preset trip level was continuously exceeded during the time of the delay.

SE-330-22-11
NGR MONITOR 48-VDC PROFIBUS CE NC-K4. The SE-330 is an advanced ground-fault and neutral-grounding resistor monitoring relay. It measures neutral current, neutral-to ground voltage, and neutral-to-ground resistance. It provides continuous monitoring of the neutral-to-ground path to verify that the neutral-grounding resistor (NGR) is intact. This is of utmost importance—an open NGR renders current-sensing ground-fault protection inoperative and could result in a false belief that the system is functioning properly. The SE-330 can be used with low- and medium-voltage transformers and generators with low- or high-resistance grounding used in processing, manufacturing, chemical, pulp and paper, petroleum, and water-treatment facilities. For high-voltage applications, use the SE-330HV. For applications that require conformance to Australian standard AS/NZS 2081.3:2002, see the SE-330AU. The SE-330 New Revision provides these additional features: 100 trip records with date and time stamp. A mini-USB interface to view measured values, configure settings and check event records using SE-MON330 v3.2 or later. An on-board microSD card (included) can be used for long term data logging and firmware upgrades. Ground-fault trip level is adjustable from 2 to 100percent in 10 discrete settings, and in 1percent increments when using the MEM setting and SE-MON330 v3.2 or later. Dual Ethernet ports are optionally available with support for fiber and RJ45 interfaces. IEC 61850 protocol is optionally available. COMPUTER TO RELAY CONNECTION: Connect the SE-330 to the network using astandard Ethernet patch cable. Use of a crossover cable to connect the SE-330 directly to the computer running IP-Config is not recommended. A typical router will assign an IP address to all connected computers that are using DHCP. The SE-330 does not support the use of DHCP. If the SE-330 is being set-up for first time, it is recommended to only have one SE-330 connected to the network to prevent communication errors.
