The MPS-CTU-02-00 is a motor protection system with a supply voltage between 65–265 V ac and 80–275 V dc. This unit monitors voltage, current, and temperature with communication via RS/TIA-485 - DeviceNet.

Indicator Panel. 8 channels, 110V DC/AC. The M4600 provides flush mounted LED based indication with 6, 8 or 20 channels. Each channel can be used to indicate the state of one potential free contact. The indicator units are available with either negative or positive reference. An insert paper label provides the opportunity to print a description or instruction right next to the related channel LED. The indicator units are available for both DC of AC supply. Input signals can be +24 VDC, +48 VDC or +110 VDC.

Alarm Annunciator 50. The M1000 is an Alarm Monitor capable of surveying the state of up to 10 potential free contacts. The inputs of the M1000 can be used to monitor both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts. Each contact can be sourced to a positive or negative reference. The M1000 includes a total of 10 inputs. Each input controls two bright red LEDs and an open collector output. A built-in relay provides audible alarm through control of an external siren. The first incoming alarm is indicated with a quick flashing light, following alarms are indicated with slow flashing light. LEDs will keep flashing until the alarms are acknowledged, even though the input signal has been deactivated. Pressing the RESET pushbutton will acknowledge all new alarms whereby all flashing LEDs will change to steady light, provided that the related inputs are still active. Pressing the RESET push button will also silence the siren. The reset sequence is programmable.

Engine Controller. The M2000 Engine Controller will control and protect any industrial combustion engine, which accepts discreet I/O signals for control of the crank, the fuel valve and the stop solonoid (if applicable). The engine must be able to supply potential free contacts for starter disengagement and over speed alarm (normally done through a standard tacho relay). The M2000 is typically used as an engine controller for diesel or gas driven generator sets. The operator can start the engine either by pressing a button on the front facia, or by providing and external start signal through a potential free contact (e.g. a relay). The M2000 can be configured to perform multiple start attempts. The M2000 detects a successful start from the crank disconnect signal provided by the tacho relay (normally at 33percent of nominal speed). The M2000 will operate the fuel valve as well as a start warning signal shortly before cranking the engine. The progress of the start sequence is clearly indicated on the front facia LEDs.
