Overview

The nVent ULTRX Fiberglass Replacement Door (SKU: ZU6050) is a Type 4X enclosure door designed for harsh industrial environments. Constructed from molded fiberglass polyester, it resists chemicals, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations while providing a watertight and dusttight seal via a gasket. The door opens 180 degrees for full access and can be rotated 180 degrees for left or right-hand hinging. Replaceable breakaway hinges and a keylocking handle ensure security and easy maintenance. Molded-in drip shields protect against moisture ingress, and integral mounting rails allow infinite panel adjustment front to back. The door includes molded bosses for additional mounting provisions and a standard light-gray acrylic enamel exterior with UV protection. Optional high-impact thermoplastic data pockets are available. Fiberglass mounting brackets and stainless steel screws are included, along with a 3/4-inch plywood panel for equipment mounting.
