Constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel with continuously welded and ground smooth seams, it meets NEMA Type 4X, 12, and 13 standards, as well as UL508A and IEC 60529 (IP66). This door provides a water-, oil-, and dust-tight seal due to its seamless foam-in-place gasket. It features a heavy-duty three-point latching mechanism operated by a black die-cast POWERGLIDE padlocking handle with an integral screwdriver defeater. Concealed stainless steel hinges allow for a 180-degree door swing. The door includes provisions for an optional data pocket and a self-grounding latch system with a double seal for electrical continuity. Bonding provision on the door and grounding stud on the body ensure compliance.
