Screwdriver, Wrench, Sealant applicator
Supplies needed:
3/8 inch or M8 fasteners, Flat washers, Nuts, Sealing washers, Silicone rubber sealant
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the surface where the enclosure will be mounted is clean, flat, and free of obstructions.
- Mount the enclosure
Align the enclosure with the mounting holes and secure it to the wall using customer-supplied 3/8 inch or M8 fasteners, flat washers, and nuts.
- Install sealing washers
Place the provided sealing washers inside the enclosure with the rubber face against the enclosure to ensure proper sealing.
- Seal the perimeter
To maintain NSF certification, apply silicone rubber sealant around the perimeter between the enclosure back and the mounting surface.
- Verify installation
Check that all fasteners are tightened securely and that the enclosure is level and stable.
