How to Install the Wall-Mount Enclosure
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for securely mounting and sealing a wall-mount enclosure to ensure safety and compliance.

Screwdriver, Wrench, Sealant applicator
Supplies needed:
3/8 inch or M8 fasteners, Flat washers, Nuts, Sealing washers, Silicon rubber sealant
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the surface where the enclosure will be mounted is clean, flat, and free of debris to allow for proper sealing and attachment.
- Attach the enclosure
Using customer-supplied 3/8 inch or M8 fasteners, secure the enclosure to the wall or structure through the provided mounting holes. Use flat washers and nuts to ensure a tight fit.
- Install sealing washers
Place the provided sealing washers inside the enclosure with the rubber face against the enclosure to maintain proper sealing and protection rating.
- Seal the perimeter
To maintain NSF certification, apply silicon rubber sealant around the perimeter between the enclosure back and the mounting surface to prevent water ingress.
- Verify installation
Check that all fasteners are securely tightened and that the enclosure is level. Ensure that the door opens and closes properly without obstruction.
