This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and setting up the WCHE14916002 heat exchanger, ensuring proper connections and functionality.

Mounting screws, Thread tape, Adhesive gasket
- Prepare the installation area
Ensure the cabinet is clean, has sufficient space for installation, and is not near heat sources. Verify that the cabinet is Type 12 or IP55 rated.
- Cut the cabinet for installation
Use the provided template to mark and cut the appropriate opening in the cabinet for the heat exchanger. Remove any sharp edges or debris.
- Mount the heat exchanger
Attach the adhesive gasket to the mounting surface of the heat exchanger. Position the heat exchanger against the cabinet and secure it with the included screws, ensuring a tight seal.
- Connect the water supply
Use the included on/off valves to make plumbing connections, applying thread tape to the valve threads. Ensure the pressure does not exceed the admissible values.
- Check for leaks
Introduce water into the circuit and inspect all connections for leaks. Install pressure gauges and a gate valve to monitor and control water flow.
- Power up the unit
Connect the electrical supply to the heat exchanger. Ensure all connections are secure and verify that the unit is functioning correctly.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the gate valve to control the water flow, ensuring the pressure gauges indicate safe operating levels to prevent corrosion.
