- Prepare the installation area
Ensure the cabinet is clean, has enough space for installation, and is not near heat sources. Verify that the cabinet is Type 12 or IP55 rated.
- Cut the cabinet for mounting
Use the provided template (EXW25 for WCHE069) to mark and cut the appropriate opening in the cabinet. Remove any sharp edges or debris.
- Mount the heat exchanger
Attach the adhesive gasket to the mounting surface of the heat exchanger. Position the heat exchanger against the cabinet and secure it with the included screws, ensuring a tight seal.
- Connect the water supply
Use the included on/off valves to make plumbing connections. Apply thread tape to the valve threads and ensure the connections are secure. Do not exceed the maximum pressure ratings.
- Check for leaks
Introduce water into the circuit and inspect all connections for leaks. Ensure the plumbing circuit pressure does not exceed the admissible values.
- Initial setup and calibration
