Overview

The nVent UDP75100 is a combinable, wall-mounted enclosure constructed from 3mm thick, fiber-glass reinforced polyester. Its monoblock molded body ensures structural integrity and durability. With dimensions of 750x1000x320mm, it offers substantial internal space for electrical and electronic components. This enclosure is rated IP66, providing superior protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. It also meets TYPE 4, 4X, and 12 protection standards. The door features a 180° opening, a one-piece polyurethane gasket seal, and a double-bit 3mm insert lock with three locking points for enhanced security. The UDP75100 is double insulated (Ui=1000V) and has an impact resistance of IK 08. It operates reliably in temperatures from -25 °C to 70 °C. The enclosure is finished in RAL 7035 and designed for direct wall fixing with four pre-drilled holes, without gland plate openings for custom installation. Approvals include CE and GOST, with CSA and cULus_UL Listed applicable to plain door versions. This combinable system allows for expansion, accommodating larger equipment and facilitating internal pathways, minimizing downtime due to environmental factors.
