The nVent SPM1406R5 side panels provide robust protection for Hoffman floor-standing enclosures in industrial electrical and electronic applications. Constructed from 1.5mm mild steel with a RAL 7035 structured powder coating, these panels measure 1400x600mm with a 19mm thickness. Each set includes two panels and all necessary mounting hardware for easy one-person assembly. The panels feature an extruded one-piece polyurethane gasket for a reliable seal, ensuring IP55 protection (TYPE 12, 13 with MCS) or IP66 protection (TYPE 4, 12, 13 with MCS-HP). Designed for compatibility with Hoffman floor-standing enclosures, these side panels are ideal for industrial control panels, automation systems, and telecommunications equipment. They can be replaced by compatible DS series side doors for maintenance access, offering flexibility in design and operation. Manufactured in the US, these panels balance strength and cost-effectiveness for both indoor and outdoor installations.
