How to Install the S2MFC Suspension System

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors
- Mount the tube
Secure the tube in the desired position (vertical or horizontal) using the provided screws. Ensure that the screws are tightened to a torque of 20 Nm.
- Align the tube
Check the alignment of the tube by ensuring the gap does not exceed 4.4 mm. Adjust as necessary by loosening and tightening the screws accordingly.
- Install the cover
Unscrew the cover, then mount it back in place. Ensure that all screws are tightened to the specified torque of 6 Nm.
- Connect the wiring
Use wire strippers to prepare the wires, then connect them to the terminal connectors. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the tilt angle limiter and set the desired inclination moment by tightening the threaded sleeve. Ensure the settings are within the specified range.
