Estimated time: 1h
Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Secure the tube in the desired position using 6 M12 screws. Tighten screws until they are flush and ensure the tube is aligned properly.
- Align the tube
Loosen screws 3 and 4, then tighten screws 1 and 2 to adjust the vertical alignment. After achieving the desired position, tighten screws 3 and 4 while ensuring no play remains.
- Secure the enclosure
Attach the enclosure to the tube using 4 M6 screws and retaining washers. Tighten each screw to a torque of 6 Nm to ensure a secure fit.
- Calibrate the tilt angle
Unscrew the cover and adjust the tilt angle limiter to the desired position. Tighten the threaded sleeve to set the inclination moment.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check all electrical connections for continuity and proper voltage levels before powering on the system.
