How to Install the SYSPEND 180-MAX Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system, including mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Mount the suspension system
Secure the suspension system to the wall or machine using the appropriate mounting screws. Ensure the surface is smooth and flat to avoid load issues.
- Attach the coupling components
Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm. Use at least four bolting points for stability.
- Install the seals
Press the seal smoothly onto the underside of the adapter or coupling to ensure a proper fit and prevent any leakage.
- Perform electrical connections

- Calibrate the system
