How to Install the SYSPEND 180-MAX Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system to ensure proper installation and functionality.

Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to avoid issues with load and adjustment. Clean the area where the suspension system will be installed.
- Mount the suspension system
Lift the enclosure under the coupling (support necessary) and attach the lock washers to the screws. Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes. Adjust the tubes to the desired position and then tighten the screws to a torque of 10 - 12 Nm.
- Install the seals
Press the seals smoothly into place to ensure a proper fit and prevent any potential leaks.
- Verify the installation
Use a spirit level to check that the suspension system is level and properly aligned. Make any necessary adjustments before finalizing the installation.
