This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system to ensure proper installation and functionality.

- Prepare the mounting surface

- Mount the suspension system
Secure the suspension system to the wall or machine using the appropriate mounting screws and lock washers. Use at least four bolting points and tighten screws to a torque of 6 Nm.
- Attach the coupling components
Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm. Ensure the seal is pressed smoothly to maintain the system's integrity.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes, adjust them to the desired position, and then tighten the screws to a torque of 10-12 Nm.
