Overview

The nVent QLINE® Q251810PCKECC is a Type 4X, 12, 13 polycarbonate enclosure designed for demanding industrial applications. Constructed from impact-resistant, halogen-free polycarbonate, this enclosure offers superior protection against dust, water, and corrosive agents, meeting NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP67 standards. Its clear cover allows for visual inspection of internal components while maintaining environmental integrity. The enclosure's body and cover are made from high-impact polycarbonate, which can be easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed for customization. Straight side walls enable ganging of multiple enclosures for expanded configurations. Stainless steel, cross-point captivated cover screws, protected by removable caps, ensure aesthetic appeal and tamper resistance. Mounting holes are conveniently located directly adjacent to the cover screws. Internal pads are molded into the enclosure for mounting optional panels, rails, or other components. A seamless foam-in-place gasket provides a watertight and dust-tight seal. This specific model, SKU Q251810PCKECC, measures 250x175x99mm externally and is suitable for housing 30.5-mm or 22.5-mm pushbuttons and other controls in hostile environments. It is cUL Listed per CSA C22.2 No 94 and its flammability is evaluated per UL 508A. Optional panels are available separately. The enclosure material is RAL 7035 light-gray inside and out.
