Overview

The nVent PWB03 is a 3U (24.62" tall) power distribution box designed for robust electrical distribution in industrial and commercial settings. It is rated for 100 A at 480 VAC and built to withstand UL Type 3R environments, offering protection against rain and dust. This versatile box supports both wall-mount and 19" rack integration. Each tier provides ample space for up to (2) DSN60 receptacles per side or (2) Type 5-20R duplex receptacles, along with capacity for up to (10) poles of standard MCBs per tier for circuit protection. Power input options include a mounted inlet or a cord-and-plug configuration. Manufactured in the US, the PWB03 is part of nVent’s reliable enclosure line, ensuring organized and safe power distribution for heavy-duty machinery and automation systems. Constructed from 1.5 mm steel plate with a RAL 7035 finish, the nVent PWB03 offers durability and a clean aesthetic. It features adjustable DIN rails with a 15 mm depth adjustment, accommodating various component sizes. Dual earthing rails (10 x 8 mm) are included for effective grounding. The rear cable entrance measures 400 x 35 mm and is fitted with a cable brush to prevent dust ingress. This 3U enclosure is suitable for installing circuit breakers, switches, or sockets within 19" rack profiles, segregating switches from other components to prevent interference.
