M6x20 screws (6x), M6-1 fasteners (6x), M5x10 screws (6x), 10-32 screws, AS1032 fasteners, PM6CN fasteners
- Identify Module Components
Review the assembly diagrams to identify the main PROLINE™ PRAM series module components (e.g., PRAxxxxTH, PRAxxxxTP) and the required M6x20, M6-1, and M5x10 fasteners.
- Assemble Primary Module Sections
Using a suitable screwdriver, attach the main structural sections of the PRAM module together. Utilize the M6x20 screws at the six designated connection points, ensuring they are securely tightened.
- Fasten Secondary Module Elements
Secure any smaller or auxiliary components to the main module structure. Use the M5x10 screws at their six respective attachment points, tightening them firmly.
- Complete Module Fastening
Install the M6-1 fasteners at the six remaining designated points on the module. These fasteners are typically used for final securing or grounding connections as indicated in the diagrams.
- Mount PRB Series Base (If Required)
If your installation includes a PRB50, PRB100, or PRB200 base, select the appropriate fasteners (10-32, AS1032, or PM6CN) as indicated for your specific base model. Securely mount the base unit to its intended mounting surface or enclosure.
