M12-1.75x35mm screws, M5x10mm screws, Plinth Base side panels, Plinth Base corner brackets, Plinth Base internal supports, Plinth Base front/back panels (solid or vented)
- Assemble the Side Frame
Connect the main side panels to the corner brackets using the M12-1.75x35mm screws. Refer to the assembly diagrams for proper component orientation and screw locations. Ensure all connections are secure to form the basic frame of the plinth base.
- Install Internal Supports and Brackets
Attach the internal support components and any additional small brackets to the assembled frame using the M5x10mm screws. Verify all components are correctly oriented and firmly fastened according to the assembly diagrams.
- Attach Front and Back Panels
Secure the front and back panels (either solid or vented, depending on your specific plinth base model) to the plinth base frame using the remaining M5x10mm screws. Ensure panels are flush and all screws are tightened for a stable assembly.
- Replace Panels for Vented Configuration (if applicable)
If you are installing a vented plinth base, replace any pre-installed solid front and back panels with the provided vented panels. Secure them using the M5x10mm screws, ensuring proper airflow and secure attachment.
