This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the Hoffman PROLINE Solid or Vented Plinth Base for single-bay enclosures, covering both 100mm and 200mm heights.

PROLINE Plinth Base Corner Brackets (Item 1), PROLINE Plinth Base Side Panels (Items 2 and 3), Fasteners (Item 4), M12-1.75x35mm Screws, M5x10mm Screws, Optional: Plinth Base Cross-members (Item 6, for 200mm base), Optional: Leveling Feet or additional base components (Items 7 and 8)
- Assemble the Main Plinth Frame
Connect the plinth base corner brackets (Item 1) to the main side panels (Items 2 and 3) using the M12-1.75x35mm screws. Ensure all connections are secure to form the basic frame structure.
- Attach Remaining Side Panels
Secure any remaining side panels (Items 2 and 3) to the assembled frame. Use the M5x10mm screws and fasteners (Item 4) to firmly attach these panels, completing the enclosure base.
- Install Additional Supports and Optional Components
If assembling a 200mm plinth base, install any additional cross-members (Item 6) as indicated in the product diagram. Additionally, attach any optional leveling feet or other base components (Items 7 and 8) if they were ordered separately and are required for your installation.
- Configure for Vented Plinth (if applicable)
If you are installing a vented plinth base, replace the solid front and back panels with the designated vented panels. Ensure they are securely fastened using the appropriate screws.
