The lockable die-cast aluminum door features pushbutton latches and is hinged along the bottom edge. When opened, it reveals a ball-bearing glide shelf equipped with a soft palm rest for comfortable keyboard use. The door locks securely in position when the extended shelf is deployed, preventing accidental closure. A seamless foam-in-place gasket on the door ensures a dust-tight seal, crucial for maintaining the integrity of your enclosure's environment. Cable management is simplified with a dedicated hole and grommet in the rear of the compartment for clean routing of keyboard cables into the enclosure.
